Shipping & Returns for Consumer Orders

SHIPPING INFORMATION & RATES

All orders ship via UPS from our warehouse in Georgia. The delivery time with our free standard shipping option from our warehouse ranges from 2 to 5 business days depending on the final destination.

We offer an expedited shipping option for an additional fee. Expedited orders placed before 2:00 PM Eastern Time ship the same business day. Expedited orders placed after 2:00 PM Eastern Time will ship the following business day.

  • Ground Shipping: Free of Charge
  • 2-day Expedited: $25
  • Overnight Expedited: $35

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We currently offer international shipping to Canada. Shipping costs are based on address destination and the size and weight of the package. The shipping cost does not include duties or taxes, which are payable by the recipient directly to the shipping carrier on delivery.

RETURN POLICY

Please review your order as soon as it arrives. In the event that you are not satisfied with your order, you may return your order for a full refund up to 30 days after the date of purchase.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered in order to be returned. Please ensure all items are returned new and unused, in their original packaging, with all garment tags still attached.

Need to exchange for a different size? Place a new order for the desired size and use the portal below to generate a return label. You will be issued a full refund for the returned items and the prepaid return label is on us, just let us know you've already placed a new order.

If you are returning for a refund, request a prepaid return label through the portal below. Please note: When using the pre-paid return label for a refund, a return shipping fee of $8.95 will be deducted from the refund amount.

Please apply the label to your return package and drop off at any authorized UPS location.

If you are returning a gift without the original packing slip, please include the name and address of the person who purchased the item so we can locate the original order. The purchaser will not be notified of return, unless you request that they receive the refund. Returns or exchanges are not accepted on sale items purchased as all sales are final or on any Left Coast Tee merchandise NOT purchased directly from leftcoasttee.com. If the Left Coast Tee merchandise you wish to return was purchased at one of our retail store partners, please contact that store directly.
